Both Indy-east Asset Development Corporation (IAD) and Englewood Community Development Corporation (ECDC) are issuing Request for Qualifications for implementation of housing revitalization programs as part of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA) Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) administered by the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) and the City of Indianapolis DMD for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Similar services are requested by both IAD and ECDC, although each entity may have different requirements and timelines. Please review carefully the RFQ for each organization. Contractors and service providers may respond to RFQs issued by either or both organizations.
