Contractor Pre-Submission Meeting Materials (PDF)
Deadline Extension! In order to maximize opportunity and strengthen the quality of submissions, the deadline for RFQ submissions to Englewood CDC for demolition/deconstruction, tree services, environmental services, fence removal & site cleanup, land surveyors, and title services has been extended until 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 26th. RFQ submissions to Englewood CDC for residential general contractors will remain unchanged, 5:00 PM on Friday, January 29th.
Englewood Community Development Corporation (ECDC), a non-profit community development corporation (CDC), is seeking qualifications from:
- residential general contractors specializing in single-family (1-4 unit) rehabilitation and/or new home construction
- demolition, deconstruction, and building professionals familiar with the removal of residential structures and foundation systems
- tree service providers serving Indianapolis, Indiana
- experienced environmental service professionals familiar with residential environmental due diligence assessments
- independent contractors familiar with fence removal & site cleanup
- licensed land surveyors serving Indianapolis, Indiana
- title services providers serving Indianapolis, Indiana
Additional opportunity to seek clarification on specific requirements outlined in these RFQs, including information on scoring criteria, will be available during a pre-submission meeting to be held on Thursday, January 21st, 2010 at 1:00pm at Englewood Christian Church, 57 N. Rural Street. Attendance at this informational meeting is required in order to respond to the ECDC Residential General Contractor RFQ. Subcontractors or other contractors interested in learning more about overall project development and construction timeline are welcome to attend. To help facilitate MBE/WBE/VBE participation, respondents are encouraged to participate in the vendor networking event directly following the pre-submission meeting.
