Request for Qualifications from Indy-east Asset Development

Indy-east Asset Development Corporation (I•AD), a non-profit community development corporation (CDC), is seeking qualifications from:

  • residential general contractors specializing in single-family (1-4 unit) rehabilitation and/or new home construction
  • experienced environmental service professionals familiar with residential environmental due diligence assessments
  • licensed land surveyors serving Indianapolis, Indiana
  • independent contractors familiar with fence removal & site cleanup
  • tree service providers serving Indianapolis, Indiana
  • demolition, deconstruction, and building professionals familiar with the removal of residential structures and foundation systems
